Dan explored all avenues for a loan for us. He made it happen! We so appreciate him.
Dan reviews different loan options that were suited for me conventional , FHA etc and provided some strategies to make it happen with 2-1 rate buydown, sellers credit etc… which facilitated negotiations from my agent to the seller’s agent.
Dan worked really hard for this transaction! I will be using Dan as my lender in the future.
