Everyone worked very hard to make sure we were up to speed on every part of the loan process. The Ruoff team treated us like family. They called us every day to see if we had any questions. They are well informed on different types of loans....

Very friendly. Communication was on point. Was upfront about the process and all fees and very knowledgeable. Unlike another company I attempted to use before coming to Ruoff.

Couldn't have asked for better service. Before coming to Ruoff. I was working with someone at Bailey & Woods. My experience there was horrible.
