All staff members involved were very responsive and helpful. The process was very smooth and everything seemed to be highly organized and efficient.
At times, I had questions, and they were prompt to answer. Also, between their website and personnel, I knew where I was in the process at all times.
Dan is honest, reliable, thorough, and knows what he is doing. He listens and works with you and for you. I have personal experience, since he helped me refinance my home, allowing me to pay off the mortgage 3.5 yrs. early!
