Friendly and helpful. Able to accommodate short notices. Only opinion would be to leverage the "notes" section on tasks for ease of communication. We used that to ask questions quickly but it didnt seem to go to anyone.
Dan worked hard for our clients to get them the best possible loan terms. our clients didn't speak much English, but he didn't hesitate to do what was needed to make it happen. Dan, himself, is a great person, too - very pleasant to work with!...
