It's really smooth. however I wish we had a single threaded owner assigned to coordinate the process.
Dan and Kandice got my financing done quickly and efficiently. They were very supportive and kind during a stressful time. The electronic document management worked pretty well, though it seemed uploading documents was variable.
Excellent customer service and guidance throughout the process.
