As people who did not understand the homebuying process, Dan was excellent in educating us, responding quickly, and helping us all the way to close. I would highly recommend him as a guide to anyone buying a home.

We are first time buyers and Dan has been super helpful to explain the process and guide us through the way. Communication is clear succinct and prompt.
My expectations were high. They were met. Dan was on it and got it done on time. Good communicator.
