great working with you and glad were able to land the great grant funds!
There was issues at closing that could have been taken care of weeks begore regarding the property being registered land and an estate sale.

Hi Very important to understand this doesn't pertain to the loan / what I do. This is a concern that you would need to discuss with the closing attorney / sellers attorney who could help you understand why there was a title delay.
Dan always made time to answer my questions and gave a sense of trust and professionalism.
