Better communication
Would have liked to be treated like a priority and not like my loan was a last minute throw together despite having two months to work on it.

I don't want the whole rating to fall on Damien. For the first time in a transaction, I was cc'd on a lot from the loan processor that had nothing to do with my role. It caused clutter and confusion. Damien was able to sort it out for the buyers...
