Curtis, was very friendly, courteous and informative of the refinance application.
Timeline is the only drawback. It took about 4 times longer than what I was lead to believe it would take when we applied. Other than that all was good.
Loan originator needs to make process more personal. Know/remember details of conversations with clients. Specific details of the application, especially income, needs to be correct the first time.
Curtis was always available to answer concerns. He anticipated questions and responded appropriately when needed to give me peace of mind. He was on top of his game.
