I put off refinancing for a long time because I thought it would be a headache. I was definitely wrong. This was easy and fast. Start to finish was less than 3 weeks.
Curtis was really good with explaining everything to me. He worked with me on getting the information needed to process my loan. I would highly recommend him and the company amerisave.
I was able to get a much better rate from Curtis and the loan closed very quickly.

I know Curtis had COVID but his contact person was very hard to understand (Hussain ) but very nice , I thought also if I put more down loan to value ratio I would get better rates and closing costs.
