Crystal was great to work with. Very responsive and addressed everything ext quickly. Would recommend her highly.
Crystal was ery helpful in finding ways to best utilize morgage alternatives. She communicated well and was readily available when we needed her.

I felt that Crystal was very customer focused/oriented. She was always responsive to our questions and provided very regular updates thoughout the application and closing processes. Very easy to work with.

Honestly didn't feel like they were working to help me. I had to check in multiple times to see what was going on. I had to request to get the rate locked in.
Crystal was very responsive and clear with her communication.
