The entire experience was great up until the very end. I honestly don't know if it was the bank, realtor, or title company but there was a bunch of confusion in the end on our closing costs which were substantially hire than we anticipated....

Crystal was great. Always on top of things and very responsive. The rest of the staff was not as great. Our loan processor, Brandi, went out of town a few days before closing. It was not a smooth handoff to another processor and was very frustrating....
