Crystal was a pleasure to work with, great attitude and professionalism, with so many people trying to refinance I was fortunate to get mine done in short time.
Right from the start Crystal was a complete professional with a great attitude. It was such a pleasant experience and non stressful. If BN has on the spot award, Crystal deserve one.
