Communication and his team
The fact that we were treated like we were the only clients you all had. Everyone treated us like we have known each other for years.
Craig was very helpful with explaining all the steps. Answered all our questions. We didn't need to wait every time we sent an email.
The communication between all parties was what made the process an enjoyable one. My realtor was very pleased as well.
