Craig was very informative as to what I needed to do to raise my credit score in order to get approval to purchase my first home on my own. He was great to work with and was always there to answer any questions that I had.

I would say the experience was better than “just ok” however there were some difficulties due to last-minute communication from his team.
Great communication, prompt answers, pleasant , professional staff.
Any and all concerns or questions were answered swiftly. I was made to feel as a valued customer.
My lender was great every question I had was answered even when I asked the same question over and over they assured me that my loan was processingand kept me informed every step of the way Craig Tammie and the rest of the New American funding...

Communication!! There was no communication that was not initiated by me throughout the loan process. I had to inquire weekly as to the status of my clients loan and while I always did receive a timely answer, I would have appreciated that information...
