Lack of communication
I've worked with Craig and Ron professionally for years, so when it was time to refinance my personal home, I gave Ron a call. They had the best rate and terms out of all of the lenders I talked to. I would definitely use them again!
Craig took care of my family, he worked hard to get my family a loan. He was trustworthy and very professional. Also the team members with him did an awsome job as well
