    I sent a lot of documents multiple times. Then there was confusion about the online portal with signatures and I also ended up docusigning the documents that were in the portal. Then I signed the SAME documents at the closing with the lawyer....

    The one part I was most disatified w/ was the 3rd person in charge of getting all our documents in order for closing I felt had alot of delayed responses & was not reachable alot of the time.
