Better communication about the State Housing Loan...I had no idea I would be required to stay in the home for 10 years to avoid repayment of the loan...I found out at closing.
I didn't think getting a loan was possible for someone like me. But Mr Craig made it happen. His communication made this process simple and easy. Thanks for all your help.
