Craig and his team were very responsive to all the questions and concerns I had going through the loan process.
The process was pretty smooth. My family and I are satisfied.
Excellent communication during the loan process.
Craig was always available for any questions all hours beyond typical business hours. He also kept me informed of every process of doing the loan. This is our 3 business transaction with Craig and every process has been very easy.
Not having to jump through sooooo many hoops at the VERY LAST MINUTE. Craig was wonderful in helping with them but the Corporate office made it almost impossible to happen.
