The communication and how the process was very smooth and direct. Everythng Timely.
Very easy process, all done over the computer, except for the final closing.
Craig is part of our "A team" whenever we buy a house or refi. He let's us know when it's a good time to refi, keeps us in the loop as the loan makes it through the process and has helped us get a very good rate.
