Prompt, informative, made process easy & straightforward.
I think I should have gone to our private banker at the our bank and use one of their persons. Kept it all under that "house". Unfortunately I didn't think of that before I started using Craig.
This was a more complicated process that required quite a bit of back-and-forth. Not all paperwork was applicable to us and added confusion.
