After the initial contact all concerned kept the process going as well as it could. I never did have a problem with your group. I did have a problem and still do with the title company that did the closing.
Never had to wait for an answer. Responded instantly to all questions. Also very polite and courtesy.

Connor answered all my questions . I could call, text or email and he responded immediately back. He has emailed me every step in the refinance process.
