I had problems reaching someone on the phone. I had to call the customer service number, and since some of them were working from home, they were absolutely no help. I emailed them and got a timely response.

Connor was great! I hit a roadblock in my loan process because I didn't know what a short sale was, and said I sold my previous house. I guess I told them it was a short sale, and that halted the process. Connor picked that up the next day...

My closing date consistently was pushed back and when I was finally ready to close the paperwork needed to be redone again and I had to change banks. It's understandable

Communication was not that great. I don't feel I was listed to enough, and due to that mistakes were made. The end results did come out okay though.

Follow through with things you say you will do. Like adjust the loan amount to makeup for the fees that are taken out.

I grew up the oldest of two boys in Dallas, Texas. I have always had a basketball in my hands since I was old enough to walk. After winning the basketball state championship in high school I went to Texas Christian University where I majored in Accounting. During college I was involved with various volunteer organizations and especially enjoyed doing Meals on Wheels.
