Chad helped get things done was consist on chancing in with me updating me on the loan process and also always returned my call
I often felt an anxiousness from Mark to push the closing. Talking fast when dealing with seniors making major decisions is not a good practice. It seemed like he was under pressure and passing that pressure along to clients.
