The process took over two months.
They asked for documents on closing day and over and over again
It’s a refi not a home,buy. ,,we have over half equity in the home and over 2miilion in assets. Should be easier and a slam dunk.
Tom was extremely responsive and helped us with multiple loan applications and numerous approval letters. He was always patient with us and provided us great service!
