Everything went great until two days before closing. We were told appraisal was off in the computer. I feel this should have been handled sooner. Other than that everything was very good.

Chris was responsive and good to work with. We were not as pleased with other aspects of the process outside his control.
Angelo was very responsive and informative and guided me through the process every step of the way.
I had no issue with Thomas directly. He was fantastic. My issue was more with the processor of the loan. She was very rude and not easy to deal with. Did not appear to have much customer focus in her behavior.
Philip's responsiveness made this process effortless.
