Communication with only one person for the whole mortgage company would have been better. I had to manage five different people and I did not have that during my last purchase.
Liz was great and ensured we had everything even when a break down in communication happened after our loan was turned over to the processor. Without Liz helping the process would have been extremely frustrating.
She was very understanding about the bidding war we were struggling and always messaged back even during weekends.
