    Roger gave us a lot of false hopes, said one thing and went back on his word several times. I have so much documentation showing how he dropped the ball. Closing was postponed and due to that we had to pay additional monies.

    Casey was always on top of things and took the time to walk me through anything I had questions about. He also got both agents on the phone in order to move some numbers around to make the deal happen!
