We are having unexceptable experiences with one of your underwriters, Felicia Giles. We had a case (borrower's name April Dang) which was handled horribly and did not go very smoothly at all. Felicia could not review the documents in a professional...

Ted is a nice guy- but our few files over at Towne were a terrible customer experience. Underwriters with no attention to detail, trying to get ratio's just as high as possible. Of the 3 decline/cancels at Towne, all 3 closed within 20 days...

Well every loan I have submitted has been some type of problem. Towne is nothing special and the last two loans submitted I moved to another investor and closed them in less time. The real icing on the cake is the industry charges about .625%...

Great communication with my AE, loan setup person, closer, and underwriting Only one Improvement I can suggest is that when requesting that we complete a survey that you tempt us with a $10 Wawa gift card!🤣😂
