    We got off to a rocky start, but things seem to have gotten better. In the beginning, the program didn't seem to be fully baked. From what I know, the process is smoother now.

    It takes a complete package to bring a broker back to a lender and although one can rate products and personal pleasantries and being a positive drawing card, all internal processes do not align with the same excellence as shown from the outside...
