Mary is by far, the best account executive I’ve had in the 30 years I’ve been in this business. I don’t think there is much else to be said, she’s amazing.

Wonderful company and representative

From the AE to the closers Towne has the easiest group of people to work with. Even the underwriters are pleasant to work with :-).

Great team to work with and a deep product line of loan options.

My fist two submissions took about 45-60 days for loan approval. I lost one loan because it took so long, and the other loan had to be diverted to another lender. With the UWM's of the world, its hard to deal with slow service. Just stating...

The funding process is cumberson and takes too long. You consistently ask for items we are not required to provide and it just slows us down. While you eventually clear those items, we just do not have the time to "remind" you on each loan...
