I'm a broker and have used Towne Mortgage, previously Homeowners Mortgage for over 20 years and have had a great relationship with our AE and their employees.

Its not as much Towne as it is my other Investor that I work with. I have a 2M LOC with them and I have specific underwriters and closers. pricing is also usually better and as a Correspondent I dont have to jump through hoops on the back end...

In 2005, following a distinguished 13 year career in mortgage operations, I accepted a position as an AE so that I might use the extensive knowledge and training I'd gained to grow the company's wholesale channel.
