Mary Sutherby
Mary was good at communicating. However, the amount stated I needed for close was almost doubled. I received $6 700 in closing cost and price decreased by $1,300 and still had to pay what I was quoted without any assistance.

Matt is extremely attentive and concerned about the loan process. Highly communicative, I always felt like I was in the loop. Large step up from my last experience and in the future I would certainly like to have Matt on my side again.
