Erik sent emails to both Tyler and I. Great communication with Tyler. Multiple emails and phone calls back and fourth. When Tyler had questions, Erik quickly and easily solved or reformatted items in question.

Extremely knowledgeable and resourceful. In the rare event that he didn't have the anwer, he got back to us immediately with one. I don't think there was one point of the process where we felt lost.
