I felt there was a lot of miscommunication and had to resend documents several times to the team. I didn't like that the online portal I couldn't go back to see the documents I uploaded and that the loan amount was different from my actual...

Jessica was friendly and helpful throughout the process. I've refinanced a home in the past, and the process was no where near as smooth as it was with Jessica and AmeriCU. She and her team are terrific!
