Diane really knows her stuff! She patiently answered all of my questions. She has a way of explaining things that makes them very clear.

Ilene was there every step of the way. It didn’t matter the day or time, she was available to answer questions. She really worked hard to ensure we got our loan approval and you can tell she cares about her clients.

Things were very confusing at times, short on info about the loan, communication was very off till the complete end.

Colleen was my main person I worked with and she explained as we went along what was happening and that made me feel good. She is a very nice person to work with and I appreciate all her help.
