Everything went very smoothly and Mike wasn't pushy and I really appreciated that.

I gave a 4 star for communication only for the small fact that I had conflicting totals for the down payment check that we were emailing back and forth, but we ultimately got to right total. But her level of expertise and advice were definitely...
