Erik went out of his way to make sure i understood all of it good man

Very quick, straightforward. The amount of paperwork is overwhelming, but my loan officer, Keturah Stokes, held my hand the whole way. Almost daily updates, which gave me tremendous confidence. At my age (66), I have several purchases and refinances...

It was our first time buying a home and Renee made the process very easy. She kept us up to date throughout the entire process and was always pleasant to work with! Thank you for helping us get in to our first home!

We went into the closing without knowing our final closing costs. Everything worked out fine in the end but we had to wire the closing funds without having a good number. Perhaps the Thanksgiving holiday weekend contributed to this.

It took several phone messages and emails to finally get a call back. No one working on the loan communicated with each other- we had to provide documents/info we had already sent; we received differing answers- it was nothing short of a nightmare...

Any questions I had were answered immediately, even on the weekends. I was given everything I needed and some great tips on making my homeownership a success.
