Smooth process

There were too many requests. We'd submit what we thought was final information only to be told we needed more. This happened the entire time. We thought we were done then had to track down trival information to prove what we'd already been...

Shannon was very helpful throughout the process, and was really good at keeping gentle reminders of what I needed to be doing. Thanks for all your help!

Lora was very transparent and hopeful and encouraging, and I could not imagine getting through this process with anyone else!

Matt was great at communicating with me every step along the way. He also prepared me for things to come so I knew eha he next steps in the process were. He is very knowledgeable and has the clients best interest at heart.

Shannon always answered all my questions. We were not very happy with the way the accounts were paid off. They paid 7 accounts off with their checks. Then we went to fedx and paid to send the checks. Was not happy about that. We could have...
