Communication was great and you were very polite

Matt is very professional and knowledgeable. Any questions that we had he was able to either answer on the spot or was quick with a response. He was very clear when communicating the next steps of the process.

She made communicating easy even though I was on a 3rd shift schedule and slept all day.
