Patty was very knowledgeable about information I needed assistance with. The willingness to help throughout the process was excellent.

Jessica was always easily accessible. If I emailed her, she emailed back promptly day or evening. She was friendly, and caring. She always explained the process of the loan for me too. I’d give her a ten all the way!
