Well, in the 2 loan officers I had before Dustin, one for this purchase one for my purchase a few years back, Dustin was the most accessible and willing to explain and temper expectations. It was very nice.

Matt is amazing to work with. He is very responsive and 8s always willing to take the time to explain everything. He is extremely knowledgeable and very relatable .

Mostly pain free even though I find doing things on line difficult Diane walked me through my struggles with ease and compassion

Mike made the whole process very easy. Plus when we ran into an issue with the appraiser company he kept in top of things to get the paperwork done correctly.

Honest guy

She is very knowable, and always had you best interest.

Lora was responsive to questions and helped me understand the process.

The communication was great she explained everything to us so we could understand what we were to do
