Felix was just amazing - explained everything and was very informative in every call.

Mary, knew I was nervous about the whole process and she made me feel very at ease explaining everything throughly.

Process moved fairly quickly, kept me informed of process and delays. Worked hard to obtain necessary information for closing.

Whenever my husband or I had a question, he was very responsive and made it as easy as possible for us.

Jessica clearly knows her stuff and is a straight shooter. She communicates at a frequency and level that I really appreciate as a customer. Top notch and highly recommended.

The communication was pretty good but there were several times that everyone else knew about things and we were the last to know. Also some forms were left for last minute that could have been completed earlier. Overall we had a good experience...
