    I felt that more aggression and monitoring of getting appraisal would have been helpful. I had to really do reminders and push.

    I feel about the same as my husband's feelings. Wish we could have communicated in an office setting where we could have talked face to face.

    I would rather of been able to speak with and see the documents I was signing in person. I was also a little confused at times.
