    I was a first time home buyer that didn’t know what to expect. David laid everything out up front, and really made me comfortable with the whole process. It all ended up being a cakewalk from there. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience....

    There was some confusion about closing and time changed plus asking about remote notary even though we were closing in person. Some questions from underwriter came late for no good reason… why ask about 2024 taxes just few days before closing...
