buyers were very "put off" by how something was handles. Unable to elaborate further without breaking my buyers trust.

This was a great file. Borrower was very happy with his home purchase.

We were at a dead end with another lender due to a disabled borrower. Garrett was able to get us funded and in a timely fashion to boot. Excellent customer service he was very responsive to all inquiries.
