It was easy, painless and fast.....everything you want in a loan process :).this is second loan process with Brent and we will use him for all of our loan needs moving forward, including refinance to a lower rate....if the rates ever lower...

picked up the phone always was able to answer. My questions processing was very satisfactory. Appreciate all her hard work.
