    Excellent communication. Very punctual and timely not only with me but communication with Title. Having a lender involved makes the whole process much better and we were able to close earlier! Good job Kate!

    Consistent communication with Buyer and Agent. Drove to Buyer to sign loan documents, due to Covid, so that closing could be achieved. Definitely recommend! Thank you Desiree and Team for all your hard work 😊
