I don’t think there was “clear” communication with my client and he was not happy. No clarity on rates. Took too long to get back to my client which is also costly.

I had the most deplorable experience with the assistant manager Jeff. I would not recommend! The lack of communication, care and effort this associate displayed is not someone I want to ever do business with again.
