Almost no communication whatsoever just updates every few days or so. Waiting until the last second to ask for important documents. Unable to get on a phone call rarely responds to texts or emails

Paul was very diligent in keeping us informed and updated on all requirements to close. We had a few challenges with the seller and Paul assisted us in negotiating that issues and working with us to assure the most expedient closing.
